Formulated to remove easily with warm water, it stays put through rain, sweat, humidity and tears. How to use: Apply beginning at your lash roots, wiggling the brush to the tips of your lashes. Repeat to build. Hold the wand vertically to apply to your lower lashes. To remove, splash warm water onto your lashes several times and press them gently with your fingertips. Or, wet a cotton pad with warm water, press to your eye, then wipe away.
