WHAT IT IS A dual-ended brow pencil for defining the eyebrows. Inspired by the texture of a graphite drawing pencil, this easy-to-use, hard formula allows for drawing precise, hair-like strokes, while the powdery finish creates easy, smooth application and bendability, with a spoolie on one end, for blending out the pencil and combing the brows. 0.04 oz. Imported. HOW TO USE IT Draw light upward strokes where definition or volume is desired. Use the spoolie to brush, blend and diffuse.
